To clean your collar or leash, use a bit of dishwashing liquid to make lukewarm soapy water, then use a gentle sponge to wipe it down. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive tools as these may damage, scratch or weaken your product.
Our stylish hardware is also suitable for swimming and water-based activities. Normal wear and tear may cause the plating colour on the hardware to fade slightly. Don't panic - fading is normal with any plated product. Wear and tear will differ, depending on how active your fur-baby is.
