To clean your collar or leash, add a drop of dishwashing liquid to lukewarm water, then use a gentle sponge to wipe down your collar and leash. Please avoid using abrasive tools or cleaning products as these may damage, scratch or weaken your product.
Our stylish hardware is suitable for swimming and water-based activities. Normal wear and tear may cause the plating colour on the hardware to fade slightly. Don't panic, fading is normal with any plated product. Wear and tear will differ, depending on how active your fur-baby is.
